CAD Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CAD Operator with hands-on experience in Richpeace software for the garment industry. The ideal candidate should be familiar with pattern making, grading, and marker planning, and capable of supporting the sampling and production teams with accurate and efficient CAD inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Richpeace CAD software to create and modify garment patterns.
• Assist in digital pattern making, grading, and marker planning to minimize fabric wastage.
• Interpret tech packs, designer sketches, and specifications for accurate pattern development.
• Collaborate with sampling and merchandising teams for prototype and size set development.
• Make amendments to patterns based on fit comments or production requirements.
• Ensure patterns comply with quality, fit, and production standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Richpeace CAD software for garment applications.
• Understanding of garment construction, pattern engineering, and grading rules.
• Basic knowledge of various fabrics and their behavior in production.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
