Job Description for Sales Officer, HDFC:

Designation: Sales Officer

Experience: 0 to 6 Years

Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives

Location: As per business requirement

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Area Mapping:

    Regularly map and update assigned areas/lanes/geography to identify potential sources and report updates during team huddles.
  • Source Management:

    Build and manage relationships with all assigned and self-identified sources within the territory
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    Maintain daily activity logs and sales reports in prescribed formats.
  • Channel Partner Onboarding:

    Identify gaps and initiate recruitment of channel partners as needed.
  • Daily Huddles:

    Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and updates.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Enhance customer satisfaction by developing long-term relationships.
  • Application Processing:

    Ensure timely and complete submission of application forms and documentation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate from any stream (mandatory)
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
  • BFSI background will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
