Company Description

Atal Incubation Centre- BIMTECH (AIC-BIMTECH) is an initiative under the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) by Niti Aayog, Government of India, established to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the country. Selected among the first 10 centers from over 3,600 applications, AIC-BIMTECH has been operational since January 2018 as a sector-agnostic business incubator. It provides startups with mentorship from sector-specific experts, enabling them to grow successful enterprises. AIC-BIMTECH is committed to supporting new-age entrepreneurs and driving innovation throughout the startup ecosystem.

Role Description

We are looking for young champs in the team as the one who has a proven track record

with ability to bring new programs and partnership for startups, the one who is eager to

lead and learn.

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.

Experience:

● The candidate should have a minimum 2 years of work experience in the startup ecosystem

as engaged in grants, programs, government schemes, incubation etc.

● Candidates should have a proven track record of driving successful initiatives in this domain,

demonstrating effective leadership and tangible results in this area.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Be the front-facing leader for AIC-BIMTECH's programs and initiatives.

● Act as a key point of contact for startups, partners, investors, and government agencies.

Supervise and maintain operational documentation, reports, and compliance records.

● Oversee incubation programs by leveraging mentor, investor, and partner networks, while

building strategic alliances across government, corporates, and investors to drive startup

success and create unmatched growth opportunities through government innovation

projects.

● Strengthen partnerships with academic institutions, industry leaders, and government

bodies.

● Represent AIC-BIMTECH at ecosystem events and maintain visibility.

● Execute and support events, branding and communication initiatives.

Desired Qualification

Prior involvement with government startup agency/body or/and incubator or/and Innovation Hub

or/and Venture Capital or/and similar relevant industry exposure under senior leadership.

Fluent verbal communication, excellent writing and presentation skills, strong command of

Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
