Job Title: US Voice Process Executive (Customer Support)

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: 1-7 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused US Voice Process Executive to handle outbound customer interactions for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in night shifts.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via outbound calls.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

Document call details and follow up on unresolved issues.

Meet quality and productivity targets set by the company.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Experience in a US voice process or customer service is preferred.

Willingness to work in night shifts.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
