Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Mutual Fund Sales Executive to drive the promotion and sales of LXME's women-focused Mutual Fund products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about financial inclusion for women, possess strong communication skills, and have prior experience in financial product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell LXME Mutual Funds to women customers through direct interactions, events, and digital channels.
  • Educate women investors about financial planning and guide them in making informed investment decisions.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing consistent support and guidance.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of LXME's women-oriented financial programs.
  • Conduct financial awareness sessions, webinars, and small group meetings for women audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales reports, and feedback.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • AMFI/NISM Mutual Fund Distribution Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within joining period).
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales of Mutual Funds, Insurance, or other financial products.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about women empowerment and financial literacy.
