Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
to join our team and strengthen our compliance, secretarial, and legal functions.

Your Role:

You'll assist our senior management and Company Secretary in handling:

• ROC filings, secretarial records, and statutory registers
• Drafting Board Resolutions, Minutes & Annual Reports
• Preparation and filing of e-forms (MGT, AOC, DIR, etc.)
• Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and legal advisors
• Ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI, and other regulatory bodies
• Supporting internal audits, policy documentation, and governance tasks
• Assisting in corporate communication and MIS preparation

Who You Are:

• Semi-qualified CS (completed Executive level, pursuing Professional preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in company secretarial or legal compliance work (Manufacturing or Listed Company exposure preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MCA filings, company law, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficient in MS Office & compliance software (MCA portal, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
