Role: Fiber PLA-Engineer ( Pole Load Analysis)

Candidate Must have Pole Load Analysis Exp

Exp: 2 to 9 yrs

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner to 15 days

Good Communication Skills

Critical Experience

  • Strong- technical expertise on Pole Loading Analysis (PLA) and Make Ready Engineering

(MRE)

  • Working experience on application O-CALC, SPIDACALC, Google earth, QGIS, IQGEO,

IKE

  • Minimum 2-8 years of experience on MRE or Aerial Infrastructure designing using

softwares mainly for O-Calc Pro, SpidaCalc.

  • Candidate must have 2 to 3 years hand on experience on Ocalc
  • Prior experience of MRE & PLA using OCALC is mandatory.
  • Having prior work experience in AT&T OSP design tools and process will be an added

advantage
• Experienced in Aerial Infrastructure designing & analysis, Telecom, Network

Planning, Aerial Infrastructure designing & analysis.

  • Understanding of OSP engineering, expertise in Aerial plant to be able to identify

attachments on utility poles (e.g., Conductors, insulators, communication lines,

equipment, etc.)

  • Should be able to do Scoping/ Redlining of aerial networks.
  • Understanding of Aerial/ Underground network deployment from end to end.
  • Good understanding of drafting and designing of FTTX Projects.
  • Good Experience in GIS, Google Map, Near Map & AutoCAD Software will be an added

advantage.

  • Education Qualification: Engineering Graduate in any stream
  • Highly organized, self-starter and open to work on multiple projects as per business needs
  • Good time management, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible to work in shifts and contribute as per need
  • Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills
