The role involves writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the team to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Laravel, PHP, , and web development best practices, with hands-on experience in Laravel projects, and should be comfortable working both independently and within a team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel and
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and developers to build and enhance products.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecyclefrom requirements gathering and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Develop and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to the tech stack.

Requirements

  • Degree : BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSc IT.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in PHP development with strong hands-on experience in Laravel.
  • Good understanding of and front-end development fundamentals (JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3).
  • Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development.
  • Understanding of web security, caching, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Work Environment

  • Full-time office-based role in a collaborative team setting.
  • May require occasional after-hours availability for urgent production support.
