Primary Skillset:

  • .Net Core, C#, Python, Angular, React, IIS, SQL Server 2019/2022, SSIS

Optional- Good to have basic concepts on any Agentic AI (LLM/GithubCopilt...Etc.)

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Good Debugging skills to do the RCA and providing permanent fixes.
  • Developing Automation tools and Enhancement of existing process/ system/ manual tasks on applications assigned.
  • Continue to study and review systems to improve their understanding of them (domain and new technologies).
  • Daily Production support tasks-Picking up incidents in Service Now ticketing tool like acknowledging, responding with proper updates and

determine solution.

  • Communicating to User with clear details in mail and Service Now for assigned incidents.
  • Learn technologies in short time and apply over system appropriately.

Job Skill Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in .Net application support projects (medium/high complexity)

Ability to migrate legacy system/servers to higher versions.

Ability to write and analyze complex SQL procedures and performance tuning.

Ability to work on multiple projects/reports concurrently

Strong troubleshooting skills Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
