We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant – SAP FICO with deep expertise in SAP FI & CO modules, coupled with strong functional exposure to HighRadius and BlackLine financial automation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex finance transformation initiatives, designing scalable SAP-based solutions, and driving end-to-end implementation across global projects. This role is suited for seasoned SAP finance professionals who possess strong business acumen, leadership capability, and exceptional client management skills.

Solution Design & Consulting

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO solution architecture including requirement gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for digital finance and process automation initiatives, enabling clients to optimize financial performance using SAP best practices.
• Translate complex financial and controlling requirements into robust SAP solutions covering GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Design and implement integrations with HighRadius (AR automation, cash application, collections, deductions) and BlackLine (account reconciliation, financial close automation).

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead full lifecycle SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrade projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with technical and integration partners, and oversee project governance and risk management.
• Drive UAT planning, test strategy development, migration execution, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
• Mentor consultants and guide team members on solutioning best practices, configuration standards, and documentation quality.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Act as the primary client liaison for finance and controlling topics, building long-lasting strategic relationships.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct training, deliver business case presentations, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Provide process optimization recommendations and lead financial transformation initiatives aligned with industry standards.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA capabilities, Fiori applications, and emerging finance automation tools.
• Promote system simplification, compliance, internal controls strengthening, and harmonized reporting environments.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to improve delivery efficiency and build reusable assets.

• 9–18 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO solution delivery across global environments.
• Proven expertise in FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules with strong exposure to financial closing cycles, controlling processes, and statutory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with HighRadius (preferred: cash application, collections, credit, and deductions modules).
• Working knowledge of BlackLine for account reconciliation and close automation processes.
• Strong understanding of integration with SD, MM, PP, and banking interfaces.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or conversion projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in solution ownership and team leadership roles.

• SAP FICO certification (preferred)
• Experience with automation, analytics, and reporting tools
• Exposure to international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
