About the Role:

We're looking for Mid level - Full Stack Developers who are passionate about building impactful digital products and eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As part of our engineering team, you'll help develop scalable web applications that power AI-driven healthcare experiences for patients and providers.

This is an onsite role in Hyderabad, ideal for recent graduates with strong programming fundamentals, a flair for design thinking, and hands-on experience with modern web technologies. You'll work closely with experienced developers and product teams to bring intelligent, user-centric solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop full-stack applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and LoopBack
  • Design and implement scalable APIs with GraphQL and REST
  • Integrate and optimize relational databases using SQL and PostgreSQL
  • Manage complex state logic with XState
  • Ensure secure, performant, and maintainable code across the stack
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications on Azure DevOps
  • Implement best practices in security, testing, and code reviews
  • Work closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences

Required Skills:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, LoopBack, and GraphQL
  • Solid understanding of SQL, PostgreSQL, and API design
  • Experience with XState for state management
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Deep understanding of web security principles and secure coding practices
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Add-on / Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to AI/ML integration or Generative AI workflows
  • Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or other utility-first styling frameworks
  • Experience with for 3D rendering
  • Experience working in healthtech or on healthcare-related platforms

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
