We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital campaign execution, along with hands-on experience in lead generation — preferably in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research, manage website SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical), and track performance.
  • Support content marketing initiatives, including blog updates, landing pages, and ad creatives.
  • Monitor and manage paid campaigns to ensure high ROI and effective lead generation.
  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), conversion rate, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
  • Maintain the company's online presence and reputation across digital and social platforms.
  • Coordinate with developers/designers to ensure optimized landing pages and user experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Good understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical).
  • Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and A/B testing tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Real Estate or Property Marketing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
