Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and define business analysis and configuration specifications requirements.
  • Perform deliverable assurance with a comparison of requirements.
  • Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, such as functional specifications, business process models, and user stories, to communicate requirements effectively to the development teams.
  • Work with a client to optimize and enhance deliverables as per business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that the proposed solutions align with the defined requirements and business objectives.
  • Support the development teams throughout the project lifecycle by providing clarifications, addressing questions, and resolving issues related to business requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings to elicit and prioritize requirements, drive consensus among stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas where current processes or systems do not meet business needs and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and address the identified business problems.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience in agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements (user stories with acceptance criteria).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communicate key insights and findings to the development team.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer.
  • Should have excellent Communication and written skills.
  • Should be able to play the role of Scrum master and able to drive all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Good to have some sort of technical exposure to understand the requirement better.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and User Stories.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
