We have urgent opening for GM Projects in Thane with one of our well known real estate client.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end site execution - Oversee civil construction projects from planning to completion
  • Coordination with Architects and Consultants (MEP, RCC, etc)
  • Progress monitoring, Quality Control and Head office Coordination
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Labour and Material Management

Must have experience :

  1. Should be currently handling a project of at least 20 lakh sq feet

  2. Should be leading a project of at least 15-20 resources

  3. Should be handling or have handled a project comprising at least 5-6 high-rise buildings

Education & Key Skills

BE Civil or Diploma Civil Engineering with 15+ years experience

Working hours - 6 day work week
