ERM Kolkata requires Recruitment Specialists to handle end to end recruitment process for major MNC clients spread across various verticals such as IT, Manufacturing and Heavy Engineering, Agri-Chemicals, Publications and Retail.

Job Responsibilities:-

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates

 Foster long-term relationships with candidates

 Review and understand technical job requirement requirements

 Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met

 Research new technologies

 Follow up with candidates

 Manage clients. 

 Head hunting for I.T recruitment.

Office Time: 9: 30 AM to 6.30 PM
