Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI CO S/4HANA Consultant with deep functional expertise across Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, complemented by strong knowledge in Treasury Management, Advanced Financial Closing, Advanced Receivable Management and Project System Module. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering robust, end-to-end SAP finance solutions that support strategic business objectives and optimize financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP FI Configuration & Support:

· Design, configure, and support core SAP FI components:

o General Ledger (GL)

o Accounts Payable (AP)

o Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Asset Accounting (AA)

o Withholding Tax (WHT)

o FI Period-End Closing Activities

· Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.

· Support financial audits and statutory reporting.

SAP CO Configuration & Support:

· Configure and support Controlling components:

o Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

o Internal Orders (IO)

o Product Costing (Material Ledger, Cost Estimates, Work in Progress)

o Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

o Margin Analysis (Universal Journal-based)

· Implement effective cost tracking and profitability reporting structures.

· Partner with business units for accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Advanced SAP Capabilities:

Configure and enhance Advanced Financial Closing functionalities to streamline and automate closing activities.

· Implement Advanced Receivable Management including:

o Credit Management

o Collections and Disputes

o Receivables Reporting

· Support Treasury Management processes:

o Cash and Liquidity Management

o Bank Communication Management

o Treasury Risk Management (if applicable)

Project & Stakeholder Management:

Gather and analyze business requirements, translate into technical design and SAP solutions.

· Participate in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and implementation cycles (using SAP Activate or Agile methodology).

· Work cross-functionally with teams in MM, SD, PP, and external systems for end-to-end integration.

· Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to key users and finance teams.

Qualifications:

CA or Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related discipline.

· Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI CO experience, with 2+ full lifecycle

S/4HANA implementations.

· Strong knowledge in:

o FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Withholding Tax, Period-End Close

o CO: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability & Margin Analysis

o Treasury, Advanced Financial Closing, and Advanced Receivables

· Deep understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and S/4HANA innovations in finance.

· Experience with Fiori apps, S/4HANA Finance best practices, and real-time reporting.

· Knowledge of SAP HR payroll & positive time management will be added advantage.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

· SAP Certifications in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance

· Exposure to Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

· Understanding of financial compliance standards and SOX/internal controls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per month
