Now Hiring: Clinical Trial Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled
Business Analyst
with strong experience in
Clinical Trial or Life Sciences domain
to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies.

Role:
Business Analyst – Clinical Trial Domain

Experience:
7 to 10 Years (minimum 6–8 years as Business Analyst)

Location:
Bangalore

Employment Type:

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed
    requirement analysis
    and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain
    business documentation
    including user stories, epics, process flows, wireframes, UML diagrams, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with product owners, QA, and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
  • Manage and prioritize requirements using tools like
    JIRA
    and
    Confluence
    .
  • Participate in
    SAFe/Agile ceremonies
    and ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.
  • Support integration projects and manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience as a
    Business Analyst
    , ideally within
    Clinical Trial / Life Sciences domain
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    requirement analysis
    ,
    stakeholder engagement
    , and
    documentation management
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    JIRA, Confluence
    , and
    wireframing tools
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    SAFe and Agile methodologies
    .
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex projects and challenging business requirements.
