Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for high-quality 2-wheeler spare parts.
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost-effective procurement.
  • Ensure all sourced materials meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Manage inventory effectively to optimize stock levels and reduce stockouts.
  • Continuously explore cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sourcing strategies with product launches.
  • Generate and analyze reports to evaluate sourcing performance and KPIs.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Skills Required:

  • Proven expertise in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing
  • Strong knowledge of Inventory Management practices
  • Experience in Direct Procurement (preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strong supplier relationship management abilities
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for sourcing performance
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
