Role Overview

As an AR Caller / Denials Management Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with US-based insurance companies, understanding claim denials, and working towards timely resolution of outstanding accounts. This role demands excellent spoken English skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
  • Understand and analyze the denial reasons and take corrective actions.
  • Update claim details and actions taken in the billing system with complete accuracy.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of accounts receivable (AR).
  • Escalate unresolved cases to senior team members for further intervention.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets as per process requirements.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while communicating with insurance representatives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh graduates (any stream) interested in pursuing a career in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Excellent communication and spoken English skills are mandatory.
  • Willingness to work in a US Night Shift.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage, typing speed).
  • Quick learner with the ability to work in a team and under pressure.
