Job Description:

Seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, achieve revenue targets, and drive customer delight in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team for monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for residential/commercial property sales.
  • Oversee lead generation, CRM management, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Guide site visits, present project features, and address customer queries.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure RERA/company policy compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Work closely with marketing to design campaigns and promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Jaipur real estate market, RERA compliance, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
  • Target-driven, motivated, able to deliver under deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
