About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in 
java/scala programming

to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have extremely hands-on experience in 
Java/Scala development

, and exposure to 
microservices architecture

and 
real-time streaming platforms

like Kafka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable 
    data architecture

solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop robust applications and services using 
Java/Scala

.
- Work with ORM frameworks such as 
Play (Scala)

or similar to build efficient data access layers.
- Design, build, and optimize 
ETL processes and data pipelines

.
- Implement and maintain 
microservices-based architectures

for modular, scalable systems.
- Integrate and manage real-time 
streaming platforms

(e.g., Kafka) for data ingestion and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, DevOps, Product, and Business Analysts) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure high standards of 
code quality, performance, and security

.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years

of hands-on experience in 
data architecture, design, and development

.
- Strong proficiency in 
Java and/or Scala programming

.
- Experience with 
ORM frameworks

such as 
Play Framework (Scala)

or Hibernate/JPA.
- Proven track record in 
ETL product development

and 
data pipeline orchestration

.
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of 
microservices architecture

.
- Experience with 
real-time streaming technologies

such as 
Kafka

(or alternatives like Pulsar, Kinesis).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient and scalable systems.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
