Responsibilities:- Experience in building highly scalable applications, hands-on and can deal with large/complex architectures.

- Empower the engineers to make the biggest impact possible for the company while reaching their professional development goals.
- Work with leads and ICs and provide them the right opportunity to grow while driving their productivity and morale.
- Execute engineering efficiency projects based on the learning.
- Provide inputs and drive process improvements.
- Drive and provide guidance on performance reviews for the team.
- Take ownership of hiring and on boarding for the engineering team.
- Leadership & Management Skills: Ability to motivate, coach, and guide teams effectively.
- Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
