Key Responsibilities:

Code Migration:

  • Migrate existing codebases from conventional development tools and frameworks to

Flutter, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.

  • Optimize and refactor legacy code for seamless integration into the Flutter ecosystem.

UI/UX Redesign:

  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to redesign the app's UI/UX for a modern,

intuitive, and visually appealing user experience.

  • Implement responsive and adaptive designs for a seamless user experience across

devices and platforms.

Flutter Development:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance Flutter applications that align with business and

user requirements.

  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Collaboration and Problem Solving:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and

QA engineers, to ensure the success of the app.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and usability issues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on Flutter and Dart advancements and implement relevant updates to

enhance the app's capabilities.

  • Contribute ideas for new features and app functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart development.

  • Strong expertise in migrating code from other frameworks to Flutter.

  • Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

  • Familiarity with architecture patterns like BLoC, Provider, or similar.

UI/UX Skills:

  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience implementing them in

mobile applications.

  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

  • Knowledge of native Android/iOS development is an added advantage.

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹75,000.00 per month
