Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing Project/Company cash flows for getting corporate finance.
  • Monitoring all the FIs' proposals & interaction with FIs for Corporate/Project Loans, sending proposals & replies to their queries.
  • Handling the quarterly/annual internal/statutory audit and providing the information required for the auditors
  • Preparation of project financials, collating the data for loan proposals from the internal teams.
  • Coordinating with the banks / FIs for NOCs of all the projects.
  • Arranging the External rating for various rating agencies for bonds and FIs funding.
  • Arranging the Valuation reports and Title clearance report for Banks
  • Taking an active part in meetings with Banks, Advocates, and valuators.
  • Due diligence for Private Equity, Rights issue, and QIP purposes.
  • Preparing and filing documents relating to loans raised with the concerned Departments.
  • Computing and arranging for monthly interest payments & Principal repayments.
  • Preparing quarterly & half-yearly FFRs.
  • Preparing and presenting various MIS reports to the management.
  • Monitoring and preparing all compliances related to the debt profile of the Group.
  • Any other responsibility required as part of the corporate finance portfolio.
  • Co-coordinating with the banks / Financials for balance/interest rate confirmations
  • Maintenance of MIS (Loan Book, Repayment schedules, Interest Calculations etc.,)
  • Co-coordinating with the advocate & valuers empanelled with banks for Legal & valuation of projects/properties
  • Bank credit audit compliances.

Any other responsibility required as the part of corporate finance portfolio
