Job Vacancy: Store Manager

Location: Kashipur, (Uttarakhand)

CTC: ₹40-45k CTC

Experience Required: 15–20 years

Age: 45–50 years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the entire warehouse and store operations. The role involves managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, and leading a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management

* Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

* Implement effective inventory control measures and report any discrepancies promptly.

* Ensure system and physical inventory are accurate with zero variance.

  1. Store Operations

* Maintain feeding details to ensure timely and accurate feeding for production targets and month-end job card closures.

* Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to manage stock rotation.

* Track all goods inward and outward through the ERP system.

* Manage store budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.

* Oversee scrap management, including segregation of usable materials and coordination with Finance and Purchase teams for proper disposal.

  1. Reporting and Analysis

* Conduct weekly stock inspections and monthly internal inventory audits.

* Analyze audit results to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.

  1. Team Management

* Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to processes and company policies.

* Conduct regular training sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure smooth team operations.

* Maintain effective communication with the team to ensure alignment on inventory and operational priorities.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience (15–20 years) in warehouse/store management within a manufacturing setup.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Sound knowledge of inventory control techniques and FIFO principles.
