Job Title: Office Boy / Office Attendant

Location: Okhla phase 1, New Delhi-110020

Reports To: Office Manager / Administration Head

Job Summary:

The Office Boy will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and smooth functioning of the office environment. This role involves performing various support tasks, assisting staff, and maintaining office supplies and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, including workstations, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
  • Handle delivery and distribution of office mail, documents, and parcels.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, projectors, and other equipment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and notify the concerned authority when replenishment is needed.
  • Support staff in small errands such as photocopying, filing, or document delivery.
  • Ensure proper functioning of office equipment like printers, photocopiers, and water dispensers.
  • Assist in welcoming and guiding visitors politely.
  • Run occasional errands outside the office, if required, such as bank visits or courier services.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the administration or office manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of office operations and etiquette.
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Physical stamina for moving supplies or standing for long periods.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
