Genpact Inviting Application for Human Resource (Backend) Roles, Noida

Shifts: Day Shift

Work module: Work from office

Responsibilities:

Human resources:

• It is a backend role, need to work on activities involved to rollout offer
• Develop, maintain, and update recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
• Source and recruit candidates by using job boards, databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
• Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining proper documentation and data trails.
• Automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Good communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Any degree Graduation or equivalent
• Significant work experience in MIS/Reporting (6months-2 years)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders across levels.
