Genpact Inviting Application for Human Resource (Backend) Roles, Noida
Shifts: Day Shift
Work module: Work from office
Responsibilities:
Human resources:
- It is a backend role, need to work on activities involved to rollout offer
- Develop, maintain, and update recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
- Source and recruit candidates by using job boards, databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
- Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining proper documentation and data trails.
- Automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Good communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Any degree Graduation or equivalent
- Significant work experience in MIS/Reporting (6months-2 years)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders across levels.
