Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to international customers.
  • Pitch products/services effectively and handle customer queries.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, collections, and renewals.
  • Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Update call records, maintain customer database, and follow up for closures.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

  • Work Type: Full-time

  • Languages Required: English & Hindi (fluency is must)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Telesales / Collections / Upselling / Cross-Selling / Renewals
  • Age Criteria: 23 – 39 years

  • Qualification: SSC (10th) & above

  • Prior experience in International Telesales / BPO / Voice Process is mandatory.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
  • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts (if applicable).
