Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Mahesana. The Bench Sales Recruiter will handle end-to-end sales recruitment activities, maintain and build client relationships, and manage job requirements. Key responsibilities include sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, and collaborating with account management teams to ensure successful placements. The role will also involve effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality engagement with both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
  • Strong experience in Hiring and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, maintaining professionalism and clarity across all interactions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment
  • Proficiency in adapting to fast-paced recruitment processes
  • Previous experience in IT staffing or recruitment is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
