Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam for the position at Safety Catch Training & Consulting. The role will involve designing, developing, and delivering safety training programs to professionals and organizations. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting safety assessments, identifying improvement opportunities within safety protocols, and offering consulting solutions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant international HSE standards and maintaining up-to-date knowledge in industrial safety. Collaborative communication with clients and team members will be essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in delivering safety training aligned with NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or similar international certification processes
  • Experience in Industrial Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSE) standards and hands-on knowledge of safety protocols
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills to engage and effectively train diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in research, policy evaluation, and consulting practices to aid in customization of safety solutions
  • Capability to assess risks, implement preventive measures, and develop strategies for hazard mitigation
  • Relevant certifications in health and safety domains are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field
