Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer with 2-6 years of experience in Instrumentation, Calibration, and Packing Maintenance for our pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functioning of instrumentation systems, calibration of critical equipment, and smooth maintenance of packing machinery to support continuous production and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of instrumentation and control systems used in OSD production.
- Conduct calibration of instruments and equipment as per regulatory and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair packing machinery to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure compliance with GMP and validation requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports for audit and management reviews.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams for process improvements and optimization.
- Ensure safety and adherence to SOPs during maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of GMP, cGMP, and other regulatory compliance related to pharma manufacturing.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Note:
2 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical OSD environment with hands-on expertise in instrumentation, calibration, and packing maintenance.
