Urgent Hiring For Business Development Executive For Gurgaon

We have an urgent opening for Business Development Executive to manage and expand business opportunities within the Government & PSU sector. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities in various Airport, Government departments, PSUs, and defense organizations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions based on the companys products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, consultants, and procurement officers.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions to support sales closures.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- 1+ years of experience in B2B Sales/B2G sales / Government business development / Tendering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of public procurement process, tender documents, BOQ analysis, and GEM/CPPP portal.
- Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Experience dealing with organizations such as Airports Authority of India, DRDO, BEL, and private airport operators like Adani, GMR, etc.
- Familiarity with Govt. procurement and Make in India policies is a plus.
- Knowledge of LC/EMD/BG/IPBG documentation and proposal structuring.
