About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic AI Engineer with hands-on experience in chatbot development and frontend integration to join our team. If you're passionate about building intelligent virtual agents, love working with conversational AI platforms, and have a knack for blending AI with user-friendly interfaces—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using platforms like Kore AI, Yellow AI, Dialog flow, or Cognigy.


• Build seamless front-end chatbot integrations using JavaScript frameworks and APIs.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define chatbot workflows, intents, and backend logic.


• Implement Generative AI and LLM-based features (e.g. Open AI, GroqChat, Mistral) to enhance automation and personalization.


• Perform transcript analysis, sentiment analysis, and performance reporting to optimize chatbot efficiency.


• Integrate chatbots with platforms like Slack, third-party CRMs, or internal tools.


• Build custom tools like cold email generators or news research bots using LangChain and Python.


• Maintain clean, testable code and debug issues proactively.

Skills & Requirements


• 2+ years of hands-on experience with chatbot platforms such as Kore AI, Yellow AI, Dialog flow, or ServiceNow Virtual Agent.


• Strong programming knowledge in JavaScript and Python.


• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and chatbot training flows.


• Experience working with Generative AI models like OpenAI or Mistral.


• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB or Chroma DB.


• Bonus: Experience with LangChain, LLM applications, or tools like Google Gemini API.


• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)


• Certified Kore AI or Yellow AI Developer


• Virtual Agent Micro-Certification


• Machine Learning/AI Certifications (Amity Future Academy, Udemy, etc.)
