Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Claims Specialist and Product Owner to lead our claims product initiatives. You will manage the product backlog, define epics and user stories, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve claims processes, system integration, and product innovation tailored to the Indian insurance market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Claims product and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Define and prioritize product backlog, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Support strategic initiatives and contribute to product vision for the Indian insurance market.
  • Guide integration with systems like OPUS, BMP, and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement in claims management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration to achieve objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable plans.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the Indian insurance market, regulations, and trends.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Senior Claims Specialist in insurance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Innovative and proactive approach to process improvements.
