Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager Soft Services to join our team at Limitless Security and Facility Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with proven expertise in handling soft services operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage facility operations including housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and safety.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Optimize and streamline facility processes to enhance efficiency and control costs.
  • Monitor budgets and manage resources effectively.
  • Handle emergencies, escalations, and operational troubleshooting in a timely manner.
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure asset performance and longevity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in facility management – soft services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Immediate availability will be preferred.
