Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of testers to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for REST APIs using Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure that tests align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using PyTest framework to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Analyze defects reported by the team or customers, identify root causes, and implement fixes.

Job Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in software development with expertise in REST API testing using Python.
  • Strong understanding of PyTest framework for automating unit tests.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different time zones (US & India).
  • Proven track record of leading teams effectively to achieve project goals.
