We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A Manager to join our finance team at a publicly listed company. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SaaS metrics, financial modeling, and stakeholder communication, and will play a key role in delivering insights that guide strategic decisions, ensure compliance, and support external reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis/ Business Finance

  • Set up automated Analytics dashboards
  • Work with different departments to understand business process and capture the impact on financials and financial reporting
  • Identify process gaps impacting financial reporting and implementing changes to address the issues
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting
  • Drive business insights through financial reporting
  • Translate complex financial data into clear business insights
  • Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L, cash flow, and variance analyses
  • Work with Investor Relations team for quarterly results and analyst presentations

2.Planning & Budgeting

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process across business units
  • Partner with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals
  • Support long-term and short-term financial modeling and business planning
  • Provide financial inputs for strategic initiatives (e.g., pricing changes, new product launches, etc)
  • Work closely with functional leaders to ensure accountability on budgets and performance metrics
  • Lead the annual operating plan and quarterly forecast processes in collaboration with business
  • Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, explain variances, and recommend corrective action

3. Public Company Reporting

  • Support quarterly earnings cycles by providing analytical inputs for investor presentations, MD&A sections, and earnings call prep
  • Work with Investor Relations, Legal, and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in public disclosures
  • Assist in preparing materials for board and audit committee reviews

Requirements:

  • MBA (Finance), CA, or equivalent financial degree
  • 58 years of relevant experience in FP&A or corporate finance
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with Ind-AS and familiarity with public company financial reporting standards
