Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Data Analyst – Digital Marketing Analytics
with strong expertise in
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
,
Data Layer implementation
,
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
, and dashboarding tools such as
Looker Studio
.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and managing GTM tags, triggers, and data layers
  • Configuring GA4 for accurate event and conversion tracking
  • Building dashboards and reports for actionable insights
  • Performing data analytics and campaign performance analysis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 2–4 years of experience in data or marketing analytics
  • Hands-on experience with
    GTM & Data Layer setup
  • Proficiency in
    GA4 custom event tracking
  • Experience with visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau)
  • Knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of server-side tagging or advanced tracking techniques
