Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage daily financial operations and support overall accounting processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial activities and transactions.
  • Maintain and update accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Handle GST filing and TDS deductions with accurate documentation and timely submission.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and address financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Collect payments from clients and conduct regular follow-ups for pending payments.
  • Ensure timely statutory payments and filings as per government regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits with required reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients and other departments on financial matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of GST filing, TDS regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally or ERP system).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and client coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
