Job Opening: Chemical Plant Operator

Open Positions:

3 to 4 Operators

Job Type:

Full-time, Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-Hour Shift)

Shift Rotation: Every 15 Days

Salary Range:

₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)

Educational Qualification:

Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:

  • B.Sc. (Chemistry)

  • ITI (AOCP / LACP)

  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering

  • Candidates without the above qualifications but with relevant experience and willingness to work may also be considered.

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in operating chemical plant machinery or similar industrial roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain process vessels under specific pressure and temperature conditions as per batch requirements.

  • Operate and clean the filter press, ensuring effective filtration and washing.

  • Supervise and coordinate with laborers for plant operations.

  • Handle material charging into reactors and other plant equipment.

  • Monitor loading and unloading operations in dryers.

  • Perform minor maintenance activities as required.

  • Follow instructions from the Plant Head and ensure smooth operations across departments.

  • Be flexible to work in various departments based on operational needs.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of plant operation procedures.

  • Ability to handle chemical equipment and follow safety protocols.

  • Team coordination and communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
