Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors
  • Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed targets
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Recruit, train, and schedule staff as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
  • Manage cash handling and bank deposits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience in retail store management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive business results
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹26,000.00 per month
