About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect to join our construction team. The role involves designing, planning, and coordinating construction projects from concept to execution. The Architect will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure innovative, functional, and cost-effective designs that meet client expectations and comply with regulations.
Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp.
Develop concepts and layouts based on client requirements and budget.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams during all stages of construction.
Conduct site visits to review progress and resolve design or technical issues.
Prepare documents for approvals, permits, and project execution.
Monitor quality standards and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Skills Required
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools).
Strong visualization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
1–5 years of experience in architectural design and construction projects (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
