Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

We'll look to you for:
Managing, controlling, and executing all developments related to your program (performance, planning/delivery, cost, risks, savings) within the QCD commitments
Ensuring Delivery On-Time (IOT/DOT) commitments and managing changes effectively
Coordinating program work packages, capacity/resource analysis, and mitigation plans
Overseeing Gate/Design/Peer Review decisions and their implementation
Driving program reviews to evaluate operational execution and providing QCD reports
Leading improvement action plans to enhance efficiency and competitiveness
Taking leadership in addressing safety and critical issues, including cybersecurity and technical challenges

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Engineering – IT, Computer Science, ECE, EEE, or equivalent
12+ years of experience in managing products, projects, or programs
At least 2 years of experience in managing project/program baselines or IT system project management

Strong communication skills in a technical environment
Interpersonal skills, including teamwork and leadership
