About the Role:

** This position is based in Pune India and requires work onsite, you must be located in Pune or able to commute regularly.** Come join our team Help us tackle the data usability challenge for payers. The FP&A Analyst, reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, will be instrumental in driving financial planning, analysis, and insight across the company. The role requires a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for synthesizing data into actionable recommendations. This position is ideal for someone eager to shape business outcomes and support cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, global context.

You Will:

• Support annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in partnership with business units and finance leadership.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and presenting clear variance analyses to management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and routine management reports to communicate KPIs and business performance.
• Produce clear, data-driven presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, and external partners.
• Provide financial decision support to business partners—including scenario modeling, cost/benefit analysis, and ad hoc research.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices in FP&A.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulations in all financial operations.
• Participate in special projects and complete ad hoc analyses as prioritized by the Director of FP&A.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's or certification such as CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, lookups); proficiency in PowerPoint and experience with ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multicultural, cross-functional teams; experience in a global business is a plus.
