One of our esteemed clients in Pune supplies high-quality frozen vegetables like sweet corn, carrot, green peas etc all year. They offer top-grade frozen vegetables and diced vegetables to retail, food service, and industrial customers. The company's focus is on top quality and food safety, with produce sourced from the best growers.

Position: Accounting Manager/Finance Manager

Experience: 14-18 Years

Industry: Food Industry/Frozen Industry

Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Salary: As Per Company Standards

Requirements and skills:

 Proven 15 years of working experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager

 Advanced computer skills on accounting software (Tally ERP 9) and databases.

 Ability to handle large amounts of data

 Proven knowledge of book-keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

 High attention to detail and accuracy

 Ability to direct and supervise

 Masters' degree in Accounting or Finance

 Excellent management and supervisory skills.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software

Role & Responsibility:

 Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

 Month and end-year process

 Accounts payable/receivable

 Cash receipts

 General ledger

 Payroll and utilities

 Budgeting

 Cash forecasting

 Revenue and expenditure variance analysis

 Capital assets reconciliations

 Trust account statement reconciliations,

 Check runs

 Fixed asset activity

 Debt activity

 Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

 Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

 Coordinate and complete annual audits

 Provide recommendations

 Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

 Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

 Meet financial accounting objectives

 Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

 Comply with the requirement for exports of finished goods

 Comply with the Government regulations for Exports

 Comply with Foreign Inward Remittances with Bank & RBI.
