About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and skilled Software Development Engineers with 0–2 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate must come from a Tier 1 college and possess strong fundamentals in computer science, problem-solving, and software development

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable codes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Work on end-to-end features from ideation to deployment.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from
    a Tier 1 college.
  • Strong understanding
    of Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Knowledge
    of web technologies, APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
    is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Internship experience in software developm
  • Exposure to SQL
  • Participation in coding competitions, research publications, or open-source contributions
