Description

The Electromechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all electromechanical operations.
• Lead a team of technicians and provide training and support to enhance their skills.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electromechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance for management review.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and implement improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in electromechanical systems supervision or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, motors, and controls.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques in electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and other departments.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the electromechanical industry.
