About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter – Light Industrial to join our US staffing team in Noida. This role focuses on high-volume hiring for light industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and general labor positions across the US market. The recruiter will work during US business hours and support client hiring needs through end-to-end recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for light industrial roles such as warehouse associates, forklift operators, assemblers, production workers, packaging staff, and logistics support
  • Source and screen candidates using job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
  • Work with MSP/VMS systems for client requisitions and ensure timely candidate submissions
  • Conduct candidate interviews, verify work authorization, and manage onboarding processes
  • Coordinate with account managers and US clients to understand hiring requirements
  • Maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for high-volume and recurring roles
  • Provide regular updates on hiring status and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal recruitment processes

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in US staffing, with a focus on non-IT/light industrial recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of hiring for warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing roles
  • Experience working on MSP/VMS requisitions
  • Hands-on experience with ATS (JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.) and major job boards
  • Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (US time zone) and deliver in a fast-paced environment
