Job Description:
Key Responsibilities ● Record and update all inward stock entries from vendors into ERP software. ● Maintain accurate outward stock records for retail stores and B2B orders. ● Reconcile stock entries with physical inventory on a daily/weekly basis. ● Generate stock movement and inventory reports as required by management. ● Ensure all data entry is done in a timely and error-free manner. ● Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify stock handling and dispatches. ● Maintain filing of invoices, challans, and related documentation. ● Support warehouse upkeep and compliance with basic operational standards Required Skills & Competencies ● Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation preferred). ● Prior experience in ERP systems (training can be provided if required). ● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. ● Good communication skills for coordination with vendors, retail staff, and internal teams. ● Ability to manage workload independently and ensure timely Candidate Profile ● Graduate with minimum 2 years of data entry / warehouse operations experience. ● Must be 30 years or older. ● Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with daily operational responsibilities. ● Reliable, disciplined, and proactive in maintaining records and stock data. completion of tasks.
