Role Overview - Management Trainee

The Management Trainee - E-commerce will support business operations across
Amazon Marketplace, Performance Marketing, and Quick Commerce
verticals. The role involves assisting with execution, analysis, and reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and marketing performance.

This position is suited for candidates with strong analytical skills, clear communication, and an interest in digital commerce and performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Marketplace Operations

• Support catalog management, product listings, and content updates across Amazon platforms
• Assist in monitoring account health, inventory levels, and operational performance
• Support execution and basic optimization of Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD)
• Track key metrics including sales, conversion rate, TACoS, and Buy Box performance
• Assist in preparing Amazon performance reports using Business Reports and Brand Analytics

Performance Marketing Support

• Assist in execution and monitoring of paid media campaigns across digital platforms
• Support keyword research, audience targeting, and budget tracking
• Analyze performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
• Coordinate with creative teams for ad assets and campaign requirements
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries and dashboards

Quick Commerce Operations

• Support catalog onboarding, pricing updates, and content accuracy on quick commerce platforms
• Track sales performance, promotions, and stock availability
• Assist in demand tracking and inventory coordination
• Monitor platform dashboards and prepare operational and performance reports

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare structured reports and trackers using MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Maintain dashboards and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting across all assigned verticals

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and operations
• Support execution of campaigns, launches, and promotional activities
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure adherence to timelines and process requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken
  English
• Basic working knowledge of
